Dream Group WLL - ISO 9001:2008 Certification

It is a milestone achievement of Dream Group WLL and all its Divisions in becoming certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems standards and guidelines. The company has achieved the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation from TUV NORD CERT GmbH. We received the Certificate (Cert. Registration No. 44 100 120720) on July 15^th, 2012. This certification is the result of years of hard work, consistent quality of service, and the dedication of all employees of Dream Group WLL.

ISO 9001 is a set of international standards and guidance documents for Quality Management and Quality Assurance. The standard represents an international consensus on good Management Practices, Policies and Procedures with the aim of ensuring that our organization can, time and time again, deliver the services that meet the customer’s quality requirements.

Though we have been operating under the guidelines of ISO standards for the past years, we believe that our decision to continue and upgrade our Quality System to ISO 9001:2008 is a proactive one that not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing Quality Services.

To maintain our certification, TUV NORD GmbH will perform Annual Audits to ensure the company’s compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement.

With a view to guaranteeing the sustainability of its Quality System, Dream Group Management is committed to form a Quality Management System (QMS) Team and have them trained to carry out Internal Audits in order to keep improvement processes under continuous review and evaluation, to check the proper functioning of the system, and to identify the areas to be remedied and improved.

This certification further strengthens our commitment to adhere to our Company Policies for continuously improving the services that will meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
