Dream Group WLL is committed to safeguard the Health and Safety of its employees, contractors, clients and general public.
Dream Group is dedicated to eliminate the sources of accidents, environmental hazards and to lessen their impact by promoting personal involvement and team work. All employees and contractors are empowered to help to develop a safe workplace and safe environment, safe systems of work, good working habits. Staff will participate in Health & Safety and Environmental (HSE) Programs as directed.
Dream Group is committed to the following HSE principles:
- Protect and promote Health & Safety for personnel working on the site and others affected by the day to day operational activities of the site;
- Minimize exposure to hazards and reduce the risks of injury as low as reasonably practicable;
- Minimize any impact on the environment taking into account the necessary balance between economic efficiency and energy requirements and environmental protection;
- Apply environmentally friendly and energy efficient technologies in an economically effective manner and to continuously monitor all emissions;
- Implement the Dream Group Health & Safety Plan and adhere to all Bahrain environmental laws and requirements;
- Provide comprehensive safety rules, procedures and work instructions relating to performance of Operational and Maintenance activities.
- Clear and visible commitment from the management which delivers effective measures to enhance HSE at work;
- Clear involvement from the senior staff to support HSE and the well being at work thus promoting that HSE is an integral part of everyone’s day to day working procedures;
- Full participation from all concerned including contractors and suppliers;
- Everyone has a responsibility in preventing injury to himself, to colleagues and to the general public;
- Constructive and open communication with immediate reaction to situations involving HSE issues;
- Search for continuous improvement based on
> Use of risks analysis techniques;
> Implementation of “lesson learned” from incidents or near miss incidents;
- Collection of Health & Safety Management information to deliver full awareness of safe and un-safe acts (SUSA).
- Recruit/train qualified staff in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations;
- Promote Health & Safety through staff evaluations and incentive schemes.
- Establishment of good working relationships with national, regional and local authorities.
Dream Group will periodically review and update its HSE Policy and endeavor to implement sustainable development.
