Our procedures

Dream Pools& Trading utilizes a series of clearly defined and documented procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and our own policies.  These procedures, and the information gathered through them, will be compiled in a Site Information Manual retained at the Client premises.  This manual will be accessible to our own staff, as well as nominated customer representatives .To be submitted with the “agreement of contents” between Dream Pools and the Client.
